My Story

At 50 years old, I found myself standing in a life I didn't recognize. A long-term relationship had ended. My youngest daughter was getting ready to leave for college. I was becoming an empty nester, and after spending most of my adult life in a demanding career, retirement was beginning to feel less like something far off in the distance and more like the next chapter waiting for me. So many parts of my life were changing all at once. Somewhere in the middle of all of it, I realized I felt completely lost.
